Pedro is a 2-year-old Husky–Shepherd mix whose life has completely transformed since his rescue about a year and a half ago. When he first came to us, he was overwhelmed with fear and anxiety. With time, patience, and a safe environment, Pedro began to change. Today, he’s grown into the confident leader of the pack—watching over the other animals, guiding them, and bringing a sense of structure and calm to the group. It’s incredible to see how far he’s come.
Even so, Pedro still carries some of that early fear, especially around people. He continues to need ongoing support, training, and understanding to help him build trust and feel secure. His journey is not over—but it is full of progress, hope, and resilience.
